At MNTP Farm Fresh, we operate on 100,000 sqft of land, with 30,000 sqft dedicated to two well-equipped warehouses for efficient processing and storage.
Warehouse 1 – Processing Unit (15,000 sqft)
This facility is designed to handle multiple processing stages for fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens:
Processing Area (7,500 sqft)
Line 1: Washing, grading, and sorting of round fruits (e.g., pomegranate, oranges, lemons).
Line 2: Washing, grading, and sorting of long, hard vegetables (e.g., beans, cucumbers, carrots, pumpkins, okra, moringa).
Line 3: Washing, grading, and sorting of leafy vegetables.
Line 4: Chopping and dicing stations.
Raw Material Handling (7,500 sqft)
Collection Point: Organized area for receiving farm-fresh produce.
Peeling Stations: Efficient peeling stations for faster processing.
Initial Cleaning: Thorough cleaning of raw materials before further processing.
Warehouse 2 – Cold Storage & Blasting Unit (15,000 sqft)
This facility is dedicated to preserving freshness with advanced cold storage and blast freezing technology, ensuring optimal quality and extended shelf life of our produce.
